This Re-colored series is dedicated to plastic coloring(Plastic powder), on the basis of silver white, iridescent and metal series effect pigments, a layer of absorbent organic pigment is coated to obtain inorganic organic layered composite modified color pearlite. It makes full use of the advantages of organic pigments, such as wide range of chromatography, bright color and high coloring power. Layered composite coating technology also gives the organic pigment attractive pearlescent color and excellent dispersion. It solves the problems of color spots and stripes easily formed in the use of traditional organic pigments. This series of products have rich hues and can almost meet the needs of users of various colors.
When the color of absorbent organic pigment is the same as that of Carmel rainbow and metal series effect pigment, the reflection color is similar to the side view color, the color is brighter and the purity is high. When the color phase is different, the reflection color is different from the side view color, resulting in color change effect. Therefore, the series of products have excellent performance and can be widely used in more application fields.
The concentration of pearlescent pigment used in plastics depends on different application conditions, but it is generally 1-2% (weight of resin), which can achieve satisfactory pearlescent effect. For some film products, the concentration of pearlescent pigment should be as high as 4-8%. In addition, some pigments with low transparency also need to use high content of pearlescent pigments or larger particles to highlight the effect.
