The application of pearlescent pigments in plastics.

1.The transparency (or brightness) of the colored plastic resin is better.

2.Use better transparent pigments as much as possible mixed use of pearlescent pigment.

3.Reduce the damage to pearlescent pigment sheet during processing as much as possible.

4.The pearlescent pigment is well dispersed and the pigment sheet is oriented parallel to the plastic surface.

The amount of pearlescent pigment in plastic is generally 0.5% - 2%, and the effect is different when the proportion is different.

The following picture shows the pearlescent effect of silver white series under different plastic substrates (white and black) and different particle sizes.

10-60μm pigment for plastic, high covering power, pure and noble color; and the color rendering effect of background color and reflected light is very close, showing perfect pure silver white effect.

High color density, better covering power than other 20-100 particle size, and good brightness, so it can also show perfect effect in plastics industry.

40-200μm，Strong metal effect, even on the white background can also have a good metal texture, expanding the application field and scope of plastic.

 40-300μm，looking down from the first effect picture above, we can find that the smaller the particle size is, the stronger the covering power of pearlescent powder is; the larger the particle size is, the stronger the glossiness of pearlescent powder is.
