Crystal gold pearl pigment are based synthetic mica as substrate, and then coated by weathering grade rutile type of titanium dioxide through the effective control of particle size and precision of the hydrolysis process. Crystal effect pigments appear higher brightness, higher color concentration and higher applicability advantage than the conventional pearl pigments. A brand new,bright, beautiful optical color is brought to the coating, plastics, cosmetics and other industries. Also, better, higher quality and more stable effect pigments are supplied for you.
Crystal Gold Luster Pearls effect pigment consist of synthetic mica flake, titanium dioxide and iron oxide. The different gold luster appear when thickness and the percentage of the coating layers are different. The mica powder with coarse size show sparkle and brilliant golden luster while the pigment with finer size give out gentle satin gold effect. Compared to natural grade gold luster pearl pigment, crystal gold pearl pigment is more shining, Bright, pretty.
Also named Pearlescent pigments, pearl pigment are produced by natural as well as synthetic methods. Natural pearl pigments make use of natural mica as a substrate material, whereas synthetic pearl pigments makes use of silica, alumina and synthetic mica as substrate material. Production of synthetic pearl pigment tailored for specific end use requirements is a more feasible process as compared to natural pearl pigments, which gives it an edge over its counterpart.Compared to natural grade pearl pigment, synthetic pearl pigment is more shining, Bright, pretty.
