Crystal shimmer Yellowish Gold is a unique, color traveling, synthetic mica based pearl pigment with a bright and clean gold color flop effect. This pigment delivers high chroma and purity. This value priced alternative to borosilicate pearl pigments is extremely low in heavy metals. With an illuminating and youthful patina, it is perfect for today’s high definition makeup.

The synthetic mica substrate imbues our specialty effect pigments, with unique features that offer application and marketing benefits to manufacturers and formulators. The synthetic mica are finding increased acceptance in a wide variety of lip care applications where their intensity and purity are especially valued. In addition, they have become widely accepted for their use as a base for many new and unique color travel opportunities. Synthetic micas may be applied to a suite of applications. However, synthetic micas of a larger particle size are not applicable to formulations in the eye area.

The finer the particle is, the better coverage it has; the larger the particle is, the more shiny it is. Depending on the particle size, you can choose to get a smooth luster with good coverage effect, can also a sparkle shining luster, or any effects between them.

For examples, 10-60μm is common particle size, if you want the matte effect, you can choose less than 60μm, on the contrary, this is the bright effect.
