Yortay food grade pearl pigments are a type of food additive that is an edible pigment used to improve the appearance of foods. They are wildly used in the coloring of food decoration, beverages, pharmacy and cosmetics. They give food bright colors, which means a lot in the process of triggering aesthetic pleasure, because color is an important sensory index of food.

Yortay food grade metal luster pearl pigments consist of natural mica flakes and iron oxide. It is a pearlescent pigment specially produced to meet the high quality requirements of the food and pharmaceutical industries. Affected by the thickness of the iron oxide layer, different colors like bronze, brown, red, purple red and etc, will be shown. All these colors are dazzling charming and the products create metallic luster, though the nonmetallic nature of the material itself. Metallic series of effect pigment has strong metal luster, abundant colors, better hiding power, and stable physical and chemical properties.  

The finer the particle is, the better coverage it has; the larger the particle is, the more shiny it is. Depending on the particle size, you can choose to get a smooth luster with good coverage effect, can also a sparkle shining luster, or any effects between them.

When metal luster pearl pigments are mixed with transparent pigments, they can produce attracted visual impacts. People often use them in the food which is transparent and has single color to increase the luster of the food, making the food more colorful and attractive.

In addition, it is fairly stable for your formula. When used alone or in combination with other colorants, you will attract the eyes and mouthfeel of the customer, bringing an unparalleled visual and taste feast.
